We bought them but it was after she was already eating whole foods, so it pretty much just served as a teether. You can put fresh fruits, veggies, ice (for teething) or whatever and they can grab on and suck through the netting and get nutrients from there.

Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Fresh-Food-Feeder-Pack/dp/B000GK5XY2/ref=pd_bbs_7?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1226038985&sr=8-7 I hope that works! Otherwise, google fresh food feeder. I got mine at ToysRus in CT, and it was a different brand but same idea.

Just a thought!Household 6https://www.blogger.com/profile/14585391448343335416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4317338504582642973.post-30724276208269375932008-10-26T08:38:00.000-07:002008-10-26T08:38:00.000-07:00Elizabeth does the same thing now. She lets me feed her cottage cheese and yogurt, so she does that for lunch to get her protein and iron. She does well with peas and chicken and rice and rotini pasta for dinner. Be careful if you do vitamin drops with iron...they stained E's teeth.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4317338504582642973.post-78576890174421757752008-10-23T17:35:00.000-07:002008-10-23T17:35:00.000-07:00Are you nursing? Maybe she is teething and it hurts to have anything acidic in her mouth? Wes would eat any type of baby food and it is a constant battle to feed Megan. She is eating cheerios, corn, cooked carrots, broccoli, those chopped frozen mini veggies you can steam, little pieces of cheese, wheat bread, teething crackers, etc. It is probably just a phase so don't stress yourself out too much:) Cottage cheese is good too because although messy, they can scoop it into their mouth with their hands:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
