Guess What?

Guess what? American Eagle Communities (the group that runs the post housing at Fort Leonard Wood) has been taken over by a new company. Not that huge a deal really but they will now MOW ALL THE LAWNS! Whoo Hooo! (Thanks to Kate who told me the good news this morning). Hope everyone is having a great holiday week. Maggie's New Ride

OK so it's not just for Maggie. However, her arrival definately made us rethink our transportation situation. We all really love the new car though and are looking forward to our trip to Michigan in a few weeks with alot less stress! We didn't really think it would all work out yesterday but after 5+ hours at the dealership we drove away in a new RAV4 and said good-bye to the truck. Maggie thinks the car is pretty cool-and she had better-she will be driving it when she turns 16!!

Farewell Pritchards!

Last night we joined our friends to say goodbye to the Pritchards. Its hard to believe the career course is over and our great friends are starting to leave! Good luck in Alaska Justin, Beth and Joelle. We will really miss you!!!

Great-Grandma

While we were home Jess and I took Maggie and Caddie to see family in Battle Creek. We had a great time with Brony, Heather, the kids and Grandma. It was so sweet to see Grandma with the babies. Everyone keeps saying how much Caddie and Maggie look alike! What do you think??

Fun in Lansing

Maggie and I had a great time visiting friends in Lansing. We saw Elaine, had lunch with Lucas, visited with LJ and Barry and enjoyed a concert in downtown Lansing with the siblings and Anne, Pat and Sarah.

Happy 1st Fathers Day

We celebrated Robs first Fathers Day with a family breakfast in Lansing and a very relaxing day in Spring Lake full of swimming, great food and a beautiful Lake Michign Sunset!

Our First Trip Home (with baby)

Last week the Crowe family made our first trip home to Michigan with the little one. I bought our tickets with Maggies schedule in mind and it looked like it would be an easy trip. Unfortunatly our flight was delayed, canceled, and rerouted. We arrived in Michigan after 16 hours of traveling and without our luggage. Maggie really did well in spite of the crazy day. We got about 4 hours of sleep before we had to be up for a busy day of family parties and weddings and a whirlwind 1 hour shopping trip to get us all clothes for the wedding!! Even with the travel stress and Maggie not sleeping we had a great time. Noah and Amandas wedding was great and seeing family and friends was worth the tired mornings.
