Michigan

Michigan is wonderful!!! The weather has been absolutely amazing and Maggie is doing pretty well for being away from home. We spent a week in Lansing and are now in Spring Lake until the baptism next weekend. I will post all about our trip with pictures when we get home (not that I ever want to leave...)

Liar

Maggie made a liar out of me yet again (though this time I can't complain). After blogging yesterday about how she won't sleep Maggie got us good. She went to be at 9:45 last night and woke up after 6:00!!! YAY!!!

Sleep

You would think that the child of Rob Crowe would love to sleep as much as her father. (This is the guy who can fall asleep anywhere, at any time and sleep for stretches as long as 18 hours). However, Maggie is convinced that there is something fun going on at night that she can't miss. I really can't believe that she is hungry every 2-3 hours at night (especially when she slept 8 hours on the 4th of July). I am hesitant to try to get her back on her schedule when we have a 2 weeks trip to Michigan starting this weekend. Just send your sleepy thoughts this way and keep your fingers crossed that Rob and I can stay awake for the drive up north! Oh Miss Maggie!!!

Cousins

So I stole some pictures from my sister-in-law because they were too darn cute of the babies. It was so cold in Lansing that day but we enjoyed the outdoor concert at the mall!

I love this neighborhood!

Just wanted to say that I really love our neighborhood and all the great people in it. I so enjoy all of the ladies who live around me and they make me happy to live in Missouri!! Our weekly lunch group started with just a few of us and has grown so much in the last few months. Yay for new neighbors and friends on Delafield Dr (and I miss everyone who has moved on as well). Thanks gals for making me smile everyday-I love you!!

Good Dog

If any of you know our dog Lucy then you are probably more than familiar with her "catch me" antics. However, I am happy to report that we finally fixed her annoying habit! Although it took a special collar to do it (only 3 times people) the return was way worth the investment! Just thought those of you who have had the experience of trying to catch her would appreciate the news! Also, check out my adorable niece on my Brendan and Jess's new blog! Caddie is the cutest!!

Happy Anniversary!

Today Rob and I are celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary! Its hard to believe it is 5 years already but alot has happened since that great day in 2003. We moved to Missouri, Germany, and back to Missouri, got a dog, had a baby and endured a 12 month deployment! Thanks to all of our family and friends who have supported and loved us and nurtured our marriage! We love you!
